Y'all were wondering about the Bottom Line tape and whether it was an audience recording or broadcast: > >Sounds like an audience recording but it is extremely crisp and clear. I >bet an FM broadcast would probably lose some of that clarity. I recall reading somewhere (don't ask) about club owners secretly recording shows of performers with mics in the ceilings of clubs. Has anyone read anything like this? Could this have happened at the Bottom Line? Remember, back then cassette decks hardly existed, so it was likely recorded on a reel to reel. Wonder how that would have happened if it wasn't an official radio show? Andy Cutlass Supreme I'm listening to Neil Young I gotta turn up the sound Someone's always yelling Turn him down. Bob Dylan
